Striking for MMA 1: Upper Body
A mini striking course focusing on using your upper body in MMA.
Have you ever wanted to learn effective Martial Arts, but you weren’t sure where to start? Maybe you found it difficult to tell what works and what doesn't, or you have been to classes and felt lost with all the techniques. We have compiled a course to allow you to build a strong base of skills and fitness that will set you up perfectly for future success in Mixed Martial Arts training.
Your coach will take you through fundamental techniques of the striking arts - Including Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai, using tried and tested techniques broken down in a way that will allow you to learn them and apply them in real life. Simply put, you will learn what works and how to use it. Each session includes a warm-up and mobility drills, technique, and advice on how to make the techniques your own. Using no equipment and requiring no training partner, this course allows you to learn how to train in a safe and effective way that you can use for the rest of your life.
