What is included in the workshop
During this 3-hour workshop, we will review specific anatomy and key areas of the body necessary for a strong arm balance and inversion practice. We will move through a Vinyasa practice to warm up, open and awaken the body in a systematic way to prepare the body for a variety of intermediate and advanced arm balances and inversions.
This will be a fun, lighthearted, and educational workshop where various postures, a focus on preparatory strength, alignment, and modifications will be explored to help you expand your arm balance and inversion practice even beyond this workshop.
